We send a small number of business-to-business emails to companies whose publicly listed work suggests our service is relevant to them. We contact business addresses in a professional capacity — we do not email private individuals, and we do not buy consumer lists.
If it was not relevant to you, that is our mistake and not yours. Unsubscribing below removes you permanently.
Business contact details from publicly available sources: your own website, public business directories and public company registers. We record which source a record came from. We do not scrape private profiles, we do not guess addresses by pattern, and we do not use purchased consumer data.
We do not store special categories of personal data, and we do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone.
We rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: direct business-to-business marketing of a service relevant to the recipient's professional role. We have carried out and documented a balancing assessment, and we limit what we store and how long we keep it accordingly. You can object at any time, for any reason or none, and we will stop.
For recipients in the United States, we comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: our sender information is accurate, subject lines reflect the content, our physical postal address is in every message, and opt-outs are honoured immediately rather than within the ten business days the law allows.
Records that never lead to a conversation are deleted after 12 months. Suppression records are the deliberate exception: if you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee a future import cannot add you back.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to the processing entirely. Write to linus@tryheidibuild.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in Sweden that is IMY.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe. If you would rather not wait to receive one, enter your address here and we will add it to the suppression list before we ever contact you.
